RapidStart CRM CSAT Addon

Active CSATs 

To review active CSATs, open the RapidStart CRM Settings app, available to RapidStart CRM Power Users and System Administrators.

(1) Click on CSAT Configs in the sidebar
(2) Select the CSAT Record to review

On the Ratings tab, you can see the ratings results

On the comments tab, you can see the comments results

This solution contains a Power Automate Flow that runs daily to collect ratings and comments. If you want to get them at any other time

(1) Move selector to Yes
(2) Save the record to trigger retrieval
