RapidStart CRM CSAT Addon

Create a CSAT 

Open the RapidStart CRM Settings app, available to RapidStart CRM Power Users and System Administrators.

(1) Click on CSAT Configs in the sidebar
(2) Click New
(3) On the form that opens, give your CSAT a name
(4) Edit the default question if you like
(5) Save the record

(1) When the page reloads, you will see the embed code. This is html and you can highlight and copy it for pasting elsewhere
(2) If you are comfortable with html code, you can access the code here. It is not necessary to modify the code.

If you decide to edit the html to change fonts, or colors or images, do not alter the four highlighted links.
