12/31/2021 RapidStartCRM Field Service Dispatcher SetupLicensed users in your organization who will be accessing the RapidStartCRM Dispatchers app will need the “RapidStart Dispatcher” security role assigned. Users with the “RapidStart Power User” role can also access the Dispatchers app.A RapidStart Power User can assign the Dispatchers role from this RapidStart Settings app. Click on Users in the Sidebar.If you do not see the user, it means they do not currently have any RapidStart Role, click the view selector to switch to “Available Users”. From either view click on the User’s name.Assign the “RapidStart Dispatcher” role by ticking the box. Your user should now have access to the Dispatchers App.RapidStartCRM Field Service Addon sends status alerts to your Service Contacts when a Service Appointment is scheduled, and when the Technician updates the status on their mobile app. By default, these emails come from the Work Order owner which is usually the Dispatcher. In order for the system to send these automated emails, the Dispatcher will need to allow it by clicking on the gear in the upper right (1) to go to their Personalization Settings, then click the email tab (2), then tick the box (3).
