RapidStartCRM – Field Service Cases

The RapidStartCRM Field Service Addon includes a new Case form specifically for the Field Service app, which is the starting point for our Field Service capabilities. You can see Cases by clicking on “Cases” in the Sidebar.

You can open a Case by clicking on the Case Name

You can add a Work Order using the Quick Step Button.

You can now see this Work Order in the Work Orders Tab of the Case form, or all Work Orders in the Sidebar
