Project Management – Contacts

The RapidStart CRM Project Management Addon adds some features to the RapidStart CRM main Contact form and also includes a new “Project-Focused” Contact form for the Project App which is shown below. You will also notice that tabs for Opportunities and Cases as well as “🚀 Quick Steps” for those have been removed from this “Project-Focused” form. All tabs and “🚀 Quick Steps” remain visible in the main RapidStart CRM app form.

Contact Record Form

On the Contact Record form, you will notice the additions.
(1) A new tab for “🛠️ PROJECTS”
(2) A new “🚀 Quick Steps” button to Add Project

Projects Tab

Clicking on the “🛠️ PROJECTS” tab will open the list of related projects.
(1) You can open a Project record by clicking on the “🛠️ Project Name”. (See “Projects” in the documentation)
(2) You can also Add a Project from here by clicking the “🚀 Quick Steps” button
