Project Management – Schedule

The RapidStart CRM Project Management Addon includes an interactive “Gantt” style Project schedule.

On the Project Form “📅 SCHEDULE” tab. This displays all Active Project Tasks for the Project. Note: Self-Performed Tasks are Purple, Subcontracted Tasks Blue and Milestones are Black.

The Schedule is also fully interactive.

• Drag a task left or right to move it
• Drag the end “handles” to move the start or end times
• Drag a handle to adjust the Percentage of Completion
• Lines show links to Predecessor Tasks
