RapidStart Project Mobile App

RapidStart Project includes a Mobile App for your Project users. With this app, they can add Expenses to Projects and add Time to project tasks from their mobile devices. For them to access the mobile app, you will first need to “Share” the Mobile App with any users you want to have access to it.

Share Mobile App

For users to use the Project mobile app, it must be shared with them first. A System Administrator can perform the following steps.

First, go to https://make.powerapps.com

Ensure you are connected to the correct environment (1) in the top right. Then select Apps in the sidebar (2), and the three dots next to the “RapidStart Project Mobile” app (3), then “Share” (4).

Enter a user’s name in the search box and then select “Share”.

Now have the User install the official “Power Apps” app from Microsoft on their mobile phone from their phone provider’s app store, and within that app, they will see the RapidStart Project Mobile App.
