RapidStartCRM Field Service Addon is an extension to RapidStartCRM that adds Field Service capabilities.

What can you do with RapidStartCRM Field Service Addon?

As a Dispatcher in this RapidStartCRM Dispatchers App, you can create Work Orders from Cases. You can then create Service Appointments from Work Orders for your field technicians. These Service Appointments will appear in the RapidStartCRM Technician mobile app for each Technician. You can track the progress of Service Appointments towards completion of Work Orders and Cases.

We have also included two new Dashboards, where Dispatchers can quickly see a 360-degree view of “everything”.

Did we mention that you want to be able to do all these things quickly and easily? This is what RapidStartCRM is all about.

Basic Process

  1. Create a new Case or open an existing Case
  2. Add Work Order(s) to Cases
  3. Open the new Work Order or an existing Work Order
  4. Add Service Appointment(s) to Work Orders

RapidStartCRM Field Service Addon sends status alerts to your Service Contacts when a Service Appointment is scheduled, and when the Technician updates the status on their mobile app. By default, these emails come from the Work Order owner which is usually the Dispatcher. In order for the system to send these automated emails, the Dispatcher (You) will need to allow it by clicking on the gear in the upper right (1) to go to your Personalization Settings, then click the email tab (2), then tick the box (3).
