You can then create Service Appointments from Work Orders for your field technicians. These Service Appointments will appear in the RapidStartCRM Technician mobile app for each Technician. You can track the progress of Service Appointments towards completion of Work Orders and Cases.We have also included two new Dashboards, where Dispatchers can quickly see a 360-degree view of “everything”.Did we mention that you want to be able to do all these things quickly and easily?
