RapidStart CRM Time Sheets Addon is an extension to RapidStart CRM Plus that adds Time Management capabilities.

Note: Before using this app you must complete the Setup & User Management steps!

What can you do with RapidStart CRM Time Sheets Addon?

You can access the Time Sheets Manager app as a Time Sheets Manager or RapidStart Power user. This app lets you manage users and work with Time Sheets and Time Entries.

Note that a user can only enter time against a single record by design. For example, a single Time Entry can be added to a Case but not also to a Contact. This is to prevent duplication of Time Entries.

A Time Entry can be created without selecting a related record; this is considered “Unassigned Time”. For example, you may want to use the Time Sheets Mobile app with other users who do not work on Records but for which you still want to manage their Time Sheets using this app.

Like everything RapidStart CRM, this app is completely customizable and can be extended to track time on custom-created tables. Consulting and Customization services are available here.
