RapidStart CRM – Cases

The RapidStart CRM Business Central Addon adds several things to the RapidStart Case form to fully inform the Customer Service User.

New Additions to Case Form

You will notice a new tab “REGARDING”.

On the Regarding tab, you can select an existing Order, Shipment, and/or Invoice for the related Account that this Case is about. A Summary of basic information about the selected record is displayed below. For more information click a record’s link to open it in a Popup.
