12/31/2021 RapidStartCRM – Field Service Work OrdersThe RapidStartCRM Field Service Addon allows you to create Work Orders for Cases that require a Technician to visit a location. To see Work Orders for a particular Case, click on the Work Orders tab on the Case Record. To see all Work Orders click on “Work Orders” in the Sidebar.To open a Work Order click on the Work Order’s NameTo Add a Service Appointment to a Work Order, click on the Quick Steps buttonYou can now see this Service Appointment in the Appointments tab of the Work Order form, or all Service Appointments in the Sidebar
