RapidStartCRM – Field Service Work Orders

The RapidStartCRM Field Service Addon allows you to create Work Orders for Cases that require a Technician to visit a location. To see Work Orders for a particular Case, click on the Work Orders tab on the Case Record. To see all Work Orders click on “Work Orders” in the Sidebar.

To open a Work Order click on the Work Order’s Name

To Add a Service Appointment to a Work Order, click on the Quick Steps button

You can now see this Service Appointment in the Appointments tab of the Work Order form, or all Service Appointments in the Sidebar
